Setup

1. Add Widget to Page
2. Configure Settings
   1. Click the menu button (Displayed as …)
   2. Click on Settings
   3. Select your Time Zone
   4. Configure the Default bar
   5. Configure your Design
   6. Click Save
3. Configure Promotions
   1. Add your promotion(s)
   2. Click Save
4. Publish

   1. Click the Publish button when ready to display on your storefront

FAQs

I just selected a promotion end date. Why does it not show the countdown timer?

This could be due to one of two reasons:

Be sure to click save after selected the end date. This is necessary for the widget to re-render and start the countdown.

The countdown timer only shows if the end date is within the next 72 hours.What if multiple promotions are active at the same time?

The first promotion with active dates will be used. Any additional promotions will be ignored.

What if there are no active promotions?

If there are no active promotions, the promo bar will display the Default Bar Settings if the "Show Promo Bar (without active promo)?" setting is checked.

What if I only want the promo bar to show when there is an active promotion?

Ensure that the "Show Promo Bar (without active promo)?" setting is not checked. In this case it will only display if and when there is an active promotion.

What if I want to use the Promo Bar but do not want to run any promotions?

Configure the Default Bar Settings and ensure that the "Show Promo Bar (without active promo)?" setting is checked. You can delete any promotions or ensure the dates are in the past.

What is the Promo Thumbnail Color for?

Does this automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time?

No, it does not currently adjust for Daylight Savings Time. Please adjust accordingly.
